Taha Tinana 2020


Task Description: Today for our Te Whare Tapa Wha, We were doing Taha Tinana,  It's all about Physical Well-Being. It's about sleeping, eating healthy (nutrition) fitness and drinking water. These tips could help you be more active and stay fit and be healthy throughout all the days you come across. I listed a description about why these tips may help.
