WALT: paraphrase and summarise information
The Rocky Shore is an inter-tidal habitat. The Rocky shore has an inter-tidal splash zone known as ‘The Rocky Shore’ has multiple zones just like.. ( Littoral zone, sub-littoral ). It is a common place in New Zealand and other places in the world, you might be thinking there is just rocks there are also interesting Creatures. The Rocky Shore also has common creatures like barnacles and others! The Splash zone or Supra-tidal zone directly above the high tide mark and the Sub-tidal is at the low tide mark. The only way to get water on the Splash zone is when storm’s are out and king tide’s come. Also plants and animals ( Creatures ) live in this zone. The intertidal zone is between the high zone and low zone mark. The crab lives near the high tide zone I believe, the mussels ( Barnacles ) live near the low tide zone. Also if the storms are out in the air than that means the High tide zone can cause a King tide. The sub-tidal zone is directly at the bottom of the inter-tidal zone. It also sits beneath the low tide mark! It is approximately covered with water. Also organisms do not therefore dry out and grow much faster.
