Book view

This morning we were reading with other teacher from the office and from the  Pavilion.   I really enjoyed the books that they read to us in the hall. My favourite book was Mr Blakey's book because the king took the lady and spun her to get more and more gold. My other favourite book was Miss Davis's book because it was a book that had no pictures which was really different. Thank you to all the teachers in this school

My year

My favourite thing with our teacher was playing games with Shannon and doing science experiment with Mr Vogt. I really like working with our release when miss belt not here and she has a meetings. We made mousse and vanilla ice cream with peaches inside. When I first started coming into my new classroom our teacher was miss belt and I knew that it was my teacher because when mr Bert said I had to go to miss belt and line up.

Scratch movie

Tomorrow morning Room 15 are doing scratch I hope Room 15 will enjoy it. My two  animals are a lion and a tiger. They are funny and powerful. The mane around the lion's head is fluffy and the tiger is got straps on everywhere on him and it got a long tail and the lion got a long tail to. The lion and tiger is angry and dangerous.

Making mousse

WALT:  We are learning about the changes in matter.  

What ingredients did we need to make mousse? 

Milk and mousse plastic spoons and cups.

What happened when we added the ingredients?

 When we put the powder in it then it sat on top of the milk.We had to stir it really fast with the electric mixer to dissolve it. When we were stirring the milk and powder we saw bubbles on top. The bubbles were air bubbles from stirring it fast.

It went to solid powder then it went to liquid then it was solid when we dissolved.

What did we learn? Room 15 were learnt about mousse.some the people in Room 15 were making strawberry mousse and some people were making chocolate mousse. We can not change it back to a powder solid.

Chromebooks

Yesterday Room 15 went to Room 11 and 12 classroom to work with them. We went to their classroom so the Year threes know how to use their chromebook. I can't wait to get my chromebook next year when I'm a Year Four. After we finished with our work we could go on Cool Maths Games or Maths Whizz or other games online. Room 15 enjoyed it with Room 11 and 12 on their chromebooks. Mr Moran gave us each a buddy from Room 11 and 12.

Athletics

On Friday on a cloudy sunny day the whole school from Pt England went to athletics. My favourite station was the high jump because you get to jump over the high jump stick. The whole school of Pt England were doing different kinds of stuff. MrsMoala let us have a break then Mrs moala brought us back on the field then we played some more athletics. After we played some more athletics the bell was going to ring soon but mrs moala took us over to Mr Blakeys side where his children eat at morning tea and lunch. We went over there because she didn't want the people to look at us eating chocolate and lollies.

Manaiakalani Film Festival

Yesterday on the ninth of November Room 15 was excited that we were going to the Manaiakalani film festival show to go watch some movies. Room 15 went to the Manaiakalani film festival show. When room 15 movie came on everyone was clapping and cheering for our movie. Inside the Manaiakalani film festival show there were bright lights and lots of people from pt England school. Room 15s movie came on the big screen and I thought that was fabulous and very very amazing. My favourite,favourite movie was our one because we were dressed up as actors. In our story Joseph was Luke skywalker that was fighting Deejay as Darth Vader.

The science

Once upon a time there was a little robot and his name was Mike. His eyes were piercing blue eyes that were scary. Once he destroying the city he did it know that the earth destroying because of him so they had to found a new good planet to stay and wait for them to fix their old planet then they lived long time. Mike destroyed the planet because he was evil and he had this red circle thing on  his eye so the police man and police lady shot him so he can not destroy the city again and when he went down they took the red thing of his eye so he does it destroy the planet down again. Then he become good.

When he went down they took the red laser out of his eye so he does it destroy the planet again and that turned him into being good.

Today Room 15 were eating chocolate cake and banana and even vanilla ice cream. Room fifteen enjoyed eating vanilla ice and chocolate cake and even bananas all together. When the cruchy bars were making a chocolate cake

Halloween haunted house

My costume for Halloween is a skeleton. Im going to ask my mum for lollies and chocolate in a big Halloween bucket. In the nighttime I'm going to go somewhere to eat. Yesterday Miss belt told us how to make yeast. We had warm water and yeast even sugar. First we put the sugar in the glass cup. then miss belt put the warm water in. 

Then miss belt put yeast inside the cup. she had to stir it. Yesterday miss belt gave us a turn then we had to do the same thing what she done. Miss belt had to leave it overnight. This morning we saw the yeast was drowned up. After the assembly we came back to class to she if the yeast is drowned up but it was not drowned up it was wet. Then miss belt had to make a new one. 

The cave

Once  upon a time there was a spooky cave that was far away.  The spooky cave was scary and creepy. Then a bat family and tigers family moved into a cave.The bat family and the tiger family were team mates. The cave started brokering down. Outside there was an dragon that was flying around and around. The dragon started to blow fire everywhere but the monkeys started to to jump on top of the dragon then the dragon  started to die for ever and then the dragon would never come back. The problem fixed when tigers,bats,and monkeys jumped on top of the dragon and the monkeys and bats and tigers did not care.

Who took the bread

Who took the bread??  Make your story interesting and descriptive.

One morning we woke up then we were feeding our dog we put the bread on the table. Then we went in the lounge to watch tv. we went in the kitchen then there was no bread because the thief took it. 

The thief ran away out the door. Then the people came back then there  saw footprints on the floor then they followed the footprints the footprints was on the kitchen floor too. They looked on the table in the kitchen then there were no bread. We went to the police station to explain them if they can go and find our bread then they went to find them they got them and putted them in jail then we got our bread back.

One morning we woke up and we were feeding our grumpy dog.  We put the bread on the table. Then we went in the lounge to watch tv. We went in the kitchen then there was no bread because the thief took it. 

The thief ran away out the door. Then the people came back and saw footprints on the floor.  They followed the  muddy footprints on the kitchen floor. They looked on the table in the kitchen then there was no bread. We went to the police station to ask them if they can go and find our bread.  They went to find them. They find the people who stole  the bread then they brought the bread back to the delighted. people and then they were happily ever after.

Lemonade

Today the mars bars were making lemonade. We all had a turn putting sugar and hot water and cold water to. The mars bars drank the lemonade and then we had to wash owl cup  then we brang it back to miss belt then she gave us more lemonade to give to the older people that haven had lemonade.
