Healthy Me, Healthy You.

Today, Monday July The 26th It was the first day back in Point England School now that it is term 3. This term's theme is "Healthy me, Healthy you". This theme is based on about your body works and help your body stay healthy and active.

Team 4's movie was based on getting ready for the Cross Country and based on the healthy foods you eat and not the junk food. You can have a improvement with your body, but know It's good and healthy to eat the healthy things, but you should never go on this healthy diet thing because you don't like your weight. In the video Mr Hudges had talked about how Cross Country was nearly due, so he decided to make Cross Country practices for the students in the video. Some teachers were excited about eating healthy and doing a Cross Country practice and some weren't so happy about it. Mrs Sio and Miss Lagitupu decided to cut the race and eat cake while the other two actually participated in the practice. If you actually work and practice and participate on being healthy, you could have a big improvement.

There were 3 teams. New Zealand, USA and Australia. The Australian performance was somewhat to do with a yoga ball. The scene that Ms. Hill did was really entertaining and really funny. There was actually a reason they did 'terrible' and that was because, they didn't drink water, didn't eat healthy and didn't stay fit.

Next it was the USA group. The USA group was based on staying fit, so basically running, doing hula hoops on your arms. So the USA group was basically saying you practice more often and stay fit.

Last but not least, The Team of New Zealand. Sadly there was only 1 person in the group but she was extremely confident that she was gonna beat USA and Australia. She did a cartwheel, and many other stuff. A lot of people were really happy with her on how she stayed fit, kept healthy and practiced.
