Crime Scene Multiplication & Division: CSI No. 2

Today in Room 4 Maths, we completed another CSI exercise (Crime Scene). We had to go through six sequences and figure out what the clues and numbers were for each one. We discovered the *Mystery* criminal after we completed all of the scenes as a class and totalled all of the numbers together at the end. Return to slide 4 and try to figure out who it is and make a guess on who you think it is. If you thought it was: Marie you are CORRECT.

Pythagorean Theorem:

Today in room 4 maths we are learning about Missing Lengths of Triangle and also Pythagorean Theorem. In this task I will be doing Pythagorean Theorem. Was so confused at the start and then after I realized that it was easy but then it wasn't. 

Missing Lengths of Right Triangles!

Today in room 4 maths we are learning about Missing Triangles Lengths and also Pythagorean Theorem. In this task, we had to drag the numbers or slots to the steps to find out the missing triangle length. This task was pretty cool and little challenging. Enjoy!

Classifying Numbers

In room 4 maths we learnt about classifying numbers. In this task we had to all different kinds of things like 'classifying rational numbers' doing a classifying venn diagram and in the classifying venn diagram, we had to put the numbers in the right slots. Whole, Interger & Rational! Enjoy!

The Coordinate Plane

 

In room 4 we are focusing on Co-Ordinates and Translations! In this maths task I will be doing Co-Ordinate planes! This was challenging but I learned it, and tried my best. CSI Files!

For maths in room 4 for this week we were secret detectives! Basically this a crime scene , and you're job is to solve these scenes independently. The criminals in this task has secret numbers so the only way to find out at the end who the criminal is is by completing the scenes. During the end I started getting the hang of this task and I seemed to be getting closer and closer to who the criminal was! Can you guess the criminal? If you used Andy you are correct!!
